160 hours total, combining online coursework, live training, practice teaching, and director evaluations.
The program is designed for a 3-month timeline, but students can finish sooner if they complete their practice/teaching hours quickly. Extensions can be granted with approval.
Yes. The curriculum is structured in partnership with the Pilates Education Institute (PEI) and follows NPCP educational standards.
