How many classes can I take per day?Clients may book one class per day to ensure fair access and prevent overuse of limited studio space.

Can I take back-to-back classes?We do not allow back-to-back classes to preserve the quality of your workout and allow fair scheduling for others.

What’s the late cancellation policy?Late cancellations (within 8 hours of class start time) result in a $15 fee for members or a deducted class for package holders.

What happens if I miss a class?Missed classes without cancellation will be subject to a $25 no show fee.

Can I switch from unlimited to a class pack mid-cycle?If you're on a month-to-month plan, you can switch at the end of your billing cycle, just let us know before your next renewal date. If you're currently in a 3 commitment, you'll need to wait until the end of your term before making any changes.

Can I upgrade to an unlimited membership?Absolutely! If you'd like to upgrade, just let us know before the end of your current billing cycle and we’ll take care of it for you.

Will I lose my grandfathered rate if I pause or cancel my membership?Pausing your membership (in 7-day increments with a small fee) lets you keep your rate as long as your membership remains active and resumes as scheduled. Canceling your membership ends your current agreement. If you return in the future, you’ll rejoin at the current public rate.

Can I put my membership on hold?Yes! You may place your membership on hold in 7-day increments for a small fee. Email us in advance to request a hold.

Are class formats consistent throughout the day?Yes, class formats and structures remain the same throughout the day, while each instructor brings their own unique energy and personality.

Can I visit both studio locations?Absolutely! Your membership gives you access to both our Maywood and Englewood locations.

How long are private sessions?Private sessions are 60 minutes. Introductory private sessions are 45 minutes, designed to help you get familiar with the equipment and foundational movements.

Can I split a 60-minute private into two 30-minute sessions?Private sessions must be used in one full block to ensure consistency and results.

Can I share a private session with a friend?Yes! We offer duet sessions for 2 people, a great way to train together while still getting personalized instruction.

Can I use my private session at either studio location?Yes, private sessions can be scheduled at Maywood or Englewood, based on instructor and equipment availability.

Can I book if my payment fails?If your payment is declined, your account will be restricted from booking until it’s updated.

I updated my billing info in the app, but it's not showing up. Why?Please update your info using a desktop or mobile browser. The app does not sync billing changes.

Why do I need to have a credit card on file?A valid credit card is required to process late cancel or no-show fees and ensure smooth membership billing. No charges are made without notice unless clearly stated in our policies.

Studio Policies
SOCKS
All clients are required to wear grip socks while in the studio.
No socks = No Entry!
5 MINUTE RULE
For safety reasons, the studio will be locked 5 minutes after the class has commenced.
LATE CANCELLATION / NO SHOW
Classes not attended without a 6-hour cancellation notification/no shows will result in a fee charged to the client.
INJURY & LIABILITY
Please note that all clients attend classes at their own risk. Z³Energy will not be liable for any injuries sustained in the studio.
